Recently, the SS440H series spare parts produced by our company, including high-wear-resistant liners and epoxy backing material, have successfully passed final inspection and completed loading and dispatch, and are now on their way to the customer’s project site. These components will be used for the replacement and on-site installation of key parts in cone crushers, providing reliable support for stable equipment operation.
This shipment mainly includes mantle and bowl liner assemblies, as well as dedicated epoxy backing compound. During cone crusher liner installation, the epoxy material is used to fill two critical gaps: the space between the main shaft (mantle side) and the mantle liner, and the gap between the adjustment ring (concave side) and the bowl liner. After proper pouring and full curing, it ensures tight contact between liners and the equipment body, enabling uniform load transfer of crushing impact forces while providing shock absorption, securing liners in position, and preventing looseness, voids, and cracking.

This epoxy backing material, also known as liner backing compound, can in some applications replace traditional zinc alloy casting, making it more suitable for modern mining crushing equipment installation and maintenance requirements.
During production and delivery, the company strictly follows quality management standards, implementing full-process control from raw material selection, machining, heat treatment to final inspection, ensuring all products meet site operating requirements. Loading was carried out in a coordinated manner by production and logistics teams with standardized securing methods to ensure safe transportation and product integrity.
Going forward, we will continue focusing on the development and manufacturing of core crusher spare parts and supporting materials, providing customers with more reliable and efficient integrated solutions to ensure long-term stable operation of their production lines.
